Cooking
Fresh mushrooms thoroughly wash, remove the film from the top and boil 25-30 minutes. Then spread on a pan and fry in butter. Add the dill. I never add in this recipe the onions so as not to drown out the mushroom flavor.

Roll out the dough thickness of 3-5 mm. From it, cut out circles with a diameter of approximately 6 and 10 cm in 8 pieces.
