This recipe I saw in the program "Cooking classes with Julia Vysotskaya" - tour of Venice. Julia talked about the traditions of bread baking in Venice, and revealed the recipe for baking bread rolls for Breakfast. Loved this recipe - simple and affordable, do not require much effort to prepare.

Cooking
1. Prepare the first mixture. Take 10 g of live yeast (or 5 g dry).
2. To the yeast add 1 tbsp. honey 3. Stir well with a spoon
4. Pour warm boiled water (water temperature slightly above body temperature). 5. Stir well with a spoon and set aside.
6. Prepare the second mixture. 30 grams of lard or butter put in a bowl. (I have a lard. In dessert spoon, almost with a horse, 30 g)
7. Now sift in here 500 grams of flour. (Two hundred and fifty gram glass 160 grams of flour. I took 3 cups flour + 1 tbsp flour with no top.)
8. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
9. Now 1.5 tablespoons of olive (vegetable) oil.
10. Stir the mixture with a spoon, without putting much effort.
11. Add the first mixture.
12. Good hands knead the dough.
13. It should lag behind the hands.
14. Dough to shift into another container. I have a 7-liter pot.
15. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 2 hours.
16. To be safe I put another blanket.
17. After 2 hours the dough is well risen.
18. From the test do balls 10 pieces in size of an average Apple.
19. On a baking sheet to lay the tracing paper, sprinkle lightly with flour and lay the dough balls.
20. Cover with a damp, warm towel and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
21. Preheat the oven to 180 - 200 degrees. 22. After 20 minutes, give the bun any form. I did like Julia Vysotska - held knife in the middle of each muffin. Sprinkle the product on top of a little flour.
25. To pass the finished product on paper, let cool slightly.
26. These muffins in Venice is served for Breakfast. Very tasty with butter.
27. Well of these biscuits to make dumplings to the soup. Today I have 3 donuts. Took some sprigs of parsley, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, olive oil.
