Cooking
Cut the apples in very thin slices. Pour lemon juice, that is not blackened stir.
Finely chop 1 sprig of celery, coarsely break the nuts and spread on top of apples.
Crumble Roquefort cheese.
Mix the sauce ingredients and pour them a salad.
