Traditional Swedish meat loaves
As promised post the recipe for the meat loaves. Classic Swedish dish which is easy to do, requires serious planning and preparation, the dish is ready in under an hour!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Bacon

    4 slice

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

We need the following ingredients

Breadcrumbs pour milk, leave for 5 minutes

In forcemeat add the grated onion, starch, egg, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly. We got this mass (should not be dry, you can add a little milk for moisture)

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil (important to get the shape a little deeper). From make stuffing bread. Put on top of the bacon (at Your discretion).

I made a loaf. Now into the oven at 180 degrees bake 40-45 min.
