Dressing for roasted bell peppers and zucchini
This gas station my mom in College, I tried visiting her friend bogaroski. Since then, our family roasted peppers and courgettes dressed with only this filling!!! Very tasty and easy!!!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Salt

  • Chili

  • Sunflower oil

My clean bell pepper from seeds and whole roast on all sides in a frying pan under the lid with vegetable oil.

Remove the pepper, peel and divide into convenient pieces.

For the filling take 2 slices of white bread (no crusts), a few cloves of garlic.

Tear bread into small crumbs, add salt (should be slightly salty, as pepper we do not add salt), fill with boiling water to make a thick paste, press out garlic, add chili pepper to taste (if you like spicy, but it is possible and without it) and about 1 tsp of vegetable oil.

Lubricated our roasted pepper dressing and allow to infuse in the refrigerator for a couple hours (the longer it is soaked, the tastier). The same dressing can be used for fried zucchini (circles).

Home edition, you can chop the pepper into small pieces, put in a container to the filling and mix well. Bon appetit!!!
