Candy
I made 3 kinds of gummy candy: raspberry with rice, rice with rice and just rice!!! Imagination here is limitless, you can use any syrup or juice and get your own unusual taste of candy!!!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Raspberry

    250 ml

  • Brown sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Agar-agar

    2 tsp

  • Water

  • Salt

Cooking

step-0
Boil a bag of rice. I decided to take a pic amber TM Mistral. To cool the rice.
step-1
Defrost the raspberries. You can take any syrup or berry but I really like the color and taste of raspberry marmalade!
step-2
Pour into a saucepan with 250 ml of raspberry juice and add about 4 tbsp of sugar. I have a cane Demerara sugar TM Mistral.
step-3
Boil the juice with sugar and boil for a few minutes. Cool. In the cooled syrup, add 1H. L. agar-agar, stir. Let stand for 1 hour.
step-4
A portion of boiled rice, grind in a blender with a small amount of boiled water.
step-5
In a saucepan pour about 100 ml of water (along with rice puree should have a volume of 250ml) and add 4 tbsp of sugar. Stir, bring to boil and boil for a few minutes on low heat. Allow to cool. Add 1 tsp. of agar-agar, stir and leave for 1 hour.
step-6
Pour a small amount of boiled rice into molds for candy.
step-7
Bring, stirring, to boiling raspberry syrup with the agar. To turn off the stove.
step-8
Pour syrup into molds with rice.
step-9
Bring to boil the sugar syrup with the agar. Add the rice and mashed potatoes, stirring well, boil for a few minutes on low heat.
step-10
Pour the rice syrup with the agar into the moulds with rice and without rice.
step-11
Agar-agar solidifies very quickly. I put the molds on the balcony, and after 1 hour the candy was ready! Bon appetit!!!
