Dessert
Raspberry - lemonade bars. Raspberry lemon note - it's too delicious! Very easy to prepare dessert. There is space for imagination and experiments : cherry lime, blueberry lime, strawberry/orange, blueberry/lemon, strawberry/lemon.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Extract

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Raspberry

    350 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Lemon juice

    0.25 cup

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    0.66 cup

  • Salt

Cooking

Beat soft butter with sugar. Add the vanilla extract, continue to beat. And lastly add the salt and flour. To bring the mass until smooth.

The dough will be soft and will stick to hands. Form 20 x 20 cm lay parchment paper, put the dough and hands prisypaya flour to distribute it evenly across the surface of the mold. Bake in a preheated 180*C (350*F ) oven for 20 minutes until Golden brown.

While baked cake, make filling. I have a fresh raspberry, if you take frozen, then it needs to be completely defrosted, the juice is not drained. Blend the raspberries and strain through a sieve to remove seeds.

To the raspberry puree add the whites, egg, sugar, flour, salt, juice and lemon zest. All beat well with a mixer.

Remove the cake from oven, pour it crimson ground (it will be runny, don't be alarmed in the oven weight will thicken) and continue to bake another 25-30 minutes.

Cool completely without removing from the mold. Put into the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Remove from the mold and cut into serving wedges.

Before serving you can sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate with raspberries as I have, or whipped cream, sprinkle with chocolate, you can decorate ice cream, in General, as anyone soemu taste, desire and possibility.
