Cooking

step-0
To prepare the scones I made yeast dough sponge method. In a warm yogurt (I had homemade sour milk) to dissolve yeast, add sugar and 2 tbsp flour. The dough cover and leave in a warm place. To raise the cap.
step-1
Sift flour, add salt, yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Divide the dough into two parts. One part should be two times larger than the other. In a smaller part, add a teaspoon of sweet paprika. Knead to paprika evenly distributed on the test. Put the dough in a warm place, covered with foil, for an hour.
step-2
In order to rise.
step-3
Both parts of the test divide into 10 pieces.
step-4
Roll the pieces into ovals. And color the oval should be slightly shorter than white and twice already.
step-5
Melt the butter and brush to coat the surface of the ovals.
step-6
Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese and dill.
step-7
The coloured part of putting on white so that it acted a little. White oval folded in half in the following way. Lightly press...
step-8
And fold rolls. Get these roses.
step-9
The rolls I put in molds for muffins. I like to bake buns... And put them in the proofing for 20 minutes.
step-10
Bake the buns for 15 minutes at 180* until Golden color. Morning buns you can put 10 seconds in the microwave, they will be warm like just out of the oven... Brew a Cup of tea.
