Cooking
For the test we need the following basic ingredients: cheese (I 5%), egg, butter and rye flour.
Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove, to mix with cottage cheese, add egg yolk and thoroughly beat into a soft mousse with a mixer until the consistency of sour cream.
Then to the mixture add salt and dry dill. Of course, if you like - can add fresh :-) To the flour add baking powder and combine with the dough.
When you get a lumpy batter, add the whipped whites, turn the mixer just for a minute, manually donesem the dough, wrap in plastic wrap and send it to "rest" in the fridge for 30 minutes. During this time the cheese grate cheese.
After 30 minutes take the dough, divide into 6 parts and turn the rolls in the likeness of puffs.
Each piece is rolled, in the center put the grated cheese, fold two opposite edges into the centre again they put cheese.
The third edge on top, a little more cheese and close the remaining edge; now lightly go over with a rolling pin and roll our roll.
The dough is very delicate, so work with it carefully. Buns bake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees, about 40 minutes.
These are "Cheese-rye bread rolls with cheese" we did it. In baked form, they are very delicate and brittle. But I, oddly enough, the more they liked it the next day, warmed in the microwave *PARDON*
