Elegant sesame biscuits
These biscuits are very tasty by themselves. Airy and light, but at the same time crunchy. I often cook sesame cakes, because the choice of nuts we are a small, seeds are also all imported. These biscuits are also baked more than once. And then I wanted something similar, but more juicy and festive as cake, and I "dressed up" fruit. It was a completely new dish – a very interesting combination of sesame with caramel pear. And syrup, in which boil citrus, after cooling turns into a fragrant jelly!

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Flour

Cut the pear in thin slices and put to cook with a small amount of water and 50 g of brown sugar.

Mix up soft butter with 100 grams of brown sugar.

Now whisk this mixture with yogurt or sour milk. If you take yoghurt, it is better to choose thicker, i.e. not drinking.

Divide the two parts and smeshaem in each, respectively, black and white sesame seeds. I previously omolola black sesame seeds to the dough is uniform in color and darker, to contrast with the light biscuits. This is not necessary. Now in a dough made by adding 150 g of flour mixed with soda.

Roll out the dough thickness of about 3 cm and cut out circles of desired size (I had to fit them orange slices, and I took the mug with a diameter wider Cup).

When the syrup in pears is boiled, put the finished slices in the shape of a flower. The one pear I had enough for two cookie monster.

Bake in the oven at 190 gr. about 20-30 minutes to the average "sun" light korikov.

Prepare the citrus fruits in caramel. Number of slices – the number of remaining korikov (not decorated with pears). With a small amount of water and 50 g sugar to boil to a thick syrup.

Again cool, to frozen syrup – it turns into a delicious orange-lime jelly, leftovers, frozen in the pan you can eat :) And spread on the biscuits wedges of oranges and limes. Bon appetit!

P. S. the dough with black sesame seeds I forgot to add the baking soda – they get smaller in size and more dense and crispy, and light – more air. Good and those and others, so you can experiment! If it is not possible to buy black sesame – it can be changed on the Mac. And white, for example, coconut. You can also experiment with the fermented milk component is yogurt, fermented baked milk, etc.
