Quiche with trout and dill
Delicious quiche! All the ingredients are very cool combined in it. The filling is very sweet. Wonderful and easy to prepare appetizer. And yet, this cake is very bright and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    200 g

  • Milk concentrated

    1 can

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Cucumber

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    0.333 cup

For the base sift the flour into the bowl of a food processor. Add salt and butter. Whisk to a state of fine bread crumbs.

Add 1 egg, blend again.

One add 4 tbsp water and knead the dough. Water may need less. The dough should be very soft and elastic, not stick to hands.

Form the dough into a disc, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour. The dough can be prepared in advance and put into the refrigerator, say, for the night. But if the test to do or do not want for the basics you can use ready puff pastry.

Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Roll out the dough according to the diameter of the mold (I have 24 cm) and place the base with bumpers. Pierce in several places with a fork, cover with foil or baking paper, put on top of some goods (like beans) and place in oven for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the cargo and paper and bake another 10-15 minutes until light Golden brown.

For the filling, heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and sauté on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until soft.

Place it into a bowl. Add the milk and 3 eggs. Whisk so that the eggs are well mixed with the milk.

Add the fish, cucumber and dill. Mix.

Pour the filling over the prepared base.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, till the filling sets. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
