Goose Christmas
12 years our regular dish on the Christmas table is a goose. Well guys just love my goose meat. This year he decided to experiment: did the goose try a completely new recipe. The meat turned out tender, juicy and delicious, both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Goose

    2.5 kg

  • Soy sauce

    150 g

  • Vinegar

    50 g

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Adjika

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

    15 g

  • Apple

    1 kg

Cooking

Goose, rinse well, dry. Mix equal quantities soy sauce and vinegar. With the help of a disposable syringe to do this a mixture of "shots" all around the goose.

In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, mustard, adjika and spices to calici.
