Chocolate banana cake without baking
Very easy and insanely delicious chocolate soufflé. Is prepared without baking.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Banana

    0.66 piece

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    10 g

First prepare our ingredients

Dissolve gelatin in 100 ml of water and leave to swell for the time specified on the packaging

Cookies put in the bowl of a blender or food processor

Grind cookies into crumbs

Melt the butter, add the biscuit crumbs and mix well

To place the fondant on the bottom of a split form, level and well compacted. To remove the form in the fridge for 30 minutes

In a pan pour milk, add sugar and swollen gelatin and cocoa. Heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved gelatin. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from the heat.

Add sour cream or natural yoghurt and mix well

Bananas cleaned, cut into circles, slices or as you wish and spread on the base.

Gently pour on top of chocolate mass. Put into the refrigerator for at least 3 hours until fully cured.

After curing decorate the cake according to your taste. In my case it grated bitter chocolate. Bon appetit!
