The salad-appetizer of beans with cabbage and mushrooms
This recipe I read in the book "Cooking for 5 minutes", which I sent lyudochka ALadda. The recipe is simple, but very tasty and healthy because of the content of sauerkraut and beans. And at the same time very hearty, so it can replace dinner.

Take beans. I took the beans Mix from "Mistral". I love it in salads - very nice variety of colors. I always soaked the beans overnight. Half Stena beans to soak ( boiled it will be about a Cup) overnight, the next day rinse and boil until tender. Soaked beans should be boiled very quickly - 20-25 minutes.

While the beans is cooking, chop one small onion, fry it in vegetable oil until transparent, add mushrooms. Mushrooms take according to your taste and desire. Of course, with wild mushrooms is much tastier. But I have none, and what looks like frozen honey. I thawed, washed and added to the onions. Fry until cooked mushrooms, adjust salt/pepper.
