Soup of roasted peppers

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

Pepper for the soup will be baked in the oven. For this you need to wash and RUB with vegetable oil. Put in ovenproof form. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. To stand about 15 minutes, as will appear charred areas, flip to the other side and again for 15 minutes. After you remove and cover with foil, then the skin is more easily removed. Once the peppers are cool, remove the skins and remove the seeds.

Chop the carrots, onions, celery and a few cloves of garlic.

First fry in vegetable oil onion and garlic about 3 minutes.

Then add to the onions carrots and celery. In the same sauté 3 minutes.

To shift zazharku in the pan. Add peeled from the skin and seeds of the pepper. Cover the vegetables with broth to cover them (if no broth, you can pour boiling water). Add salt and pepper to taste. And a couple of stuff a Bay leaf. Once the carrots are soft, you can turn off.

Bay leaves need to get. Blend the soup and serve.
