Popular Mexican soup, which is based on a mix of 7 beans. Thick, flavorful, and most importantly, very healthy soup rich in proteins and fiber. The basis of soup is a mixture of 7 pulses, other ingredients you can add to your taste.

Cooking
Prepare the necessary products. Boil 2.5 liters of water or broth (I do low-fat chicken broth).
Add to the pan with the broth mixture legumes. Since I have the mixture is ready, it added dried onion, tomato, eggplant and greens, and spices - cumin, turmeric, black pepper.
Fry in vegetable oil carrots and add to the soup after 1 hour from the beginning of boiling (if the water or broth boils away much during cooking, you need to add more to the volume of liquid was retained, otherwise it will be too thick soup).
Immediately after the carrots peel and slice potatoes and add to the pot (by this time the lentils will be mushy, and the beans will be almost ready). Add tomato paste (you can not add, but I don't really like the greenish color of the soup). Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Slice 2 garlic cloves and 1/3 of a pod of hot pepper. Add to the soup, season with salt to taste. This amount of pepper and garlic lend a hint of pleasant sharpness.
Boil the soup for 5 minutes. Leave for 5 minutes to infuse.
