Imperial soup
Simple and delicious, a tasty soup with minimum ingredients. Recipe taken from the book "Italian cuisine" L. Cozzi and A. Shmeleva.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Melt in a pan the butter and 2 tablespoons pour into a bowl. Add semolina, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp grated cheese, eggs.

The resulting mixture mix well and spread on a heated pan with remaining butter. Fry for 2-3 minutes on both sides.

Then place them on a Board and cool.

Cut into cubes.

In a pot of boiling broth to lower the resulting cubes and cook for 10 minutes. Serve the soup with grated cheese.
