Pork in creamy mustard sauce in a slow cooker
The slow cooker is an indispensable thing in the kitchen! I very long doubted before buying it, but decided to try and never regretted. I suggest you try one of the dishes, which is possible without much effort to cook in a slow cooker pork in creamy mustard sauce. The recipe does not contain complex ingredients or chemicals and are very easy to perform. :)


  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Mustard

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

  • Black pepper

  • Parmesan

    1 to taste


Meat cut into small strips. Add 2 tablespoons of mustard and soy sauce, black pepper, ginger and mix well. Tighten with cling film or foil and refrigerate not less than an hour. I have prepared meat in the evening, so at the beginning of cooking, it had a very good promarinovatsya. If you're not in a hurry, it is best to do so. :)
Put multivarku mode "Roasting" and put the butter. While it heats, chop the medium onion into small cubes.
Saute the onion until Golden brown. It will take 5-7 minutes.

After the meat has given the juice, add the sour cream, 2 tbsp mustard, and set the mode "Stewing" for 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the cycle ends, squeeze into the sauce 2 cloves of garlic and stir. Be sure to try the sauce at this stage! You may think that soy sauce in the marinade was not enough, and you want to add a bit of salt.
