Crescent rolls with Apple
Very tasty and easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Salt

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

Curd grind with margarine, add soda, flour, a pinch of salt and sugar. Knead well. If the cheese with lumps, you can run it through a sieve. Next, divide the dough in half, form 2 balls and put in a refrigerator for 1 hour. Apples peel, cut into slices (not too thick) and cover with sugar, leave for 20 minutes. Take the dough (1 ball) out of the fridge, roll out to a thickness of 3-4 mm. And divide into segments.
