Quickly and very gently. This is my 55th recipe! Was prepared according to the recipe chadeyka.

Poppy grind in a coffee grinder
Add the semolina, mix well.
Put the dough in the form, press down and make a high rim, above the shaped!!! (Do not forget that the dough will decrease in 2 times) and pierce with a fork. Put in preheated oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. If the bottom still raised up, do not panic and just palm pressed to the bottom. Heat the milk almost to a boil, add sugar, semolina, poppy seeds and on low heat cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. The cooled poppy mass spread and spread evenly over the baked base (the bottom test).
Prepare the sauce. Sugar mix with eggs and add sour cream, mix thoroughly, but do not whisk! If you want a more dense structure, you can add 1 heaping tablespoon of flour.. Without flour turns out more tender. Poppy pour on top of sour cream fill and put in preheated oven to 180 gr our pie for 35 minutes. When the cake is ready, the filling will rise as the cap, nothing wrong, until the cake will cool down, cap ' will fall into place:-)
