The dessert
If you are a coffee lover like me, then this dessert-you will definitely like!!! It is very light, gentle. It is possible even for those who are on a diet!

Ingredients

  • Coffee natural

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Star anise

    2 piece

Cooking

50 ml of water mold, soak gelatin in it for 30 minutes Natural ground coffee, pour 150 ml of water, add the spices and bring to a boil. Remove spices and strain the coffee through a fine sieve

Brown sugar is great for this dessert as it has a pleasant caramel taste and goes well with coffee. I used sugar TM "Mistral"

Yolks RUB with brown sugar and put in a water bath. Stirring constantly, pour in the coffee mixture

Cook over water bath until thick. Once the mixture starts to thicken - pour the swollen gelatine and stir well

Pour into dessert molds (this can be bowl, pretty glasses or coffee cups. You can use silicone molds).

Put in the refrigerator before full hardening of the gelatin (2-4 hours) Sometimes this dessert is topped with cream and grated chocolate, but tasty without these additions!
