Salad
Hearty salad with minimum ingredients, but despite this, very tasty, with very tender, creamy cheese sauce. Why Brigantina? It's very simple... For the contest "Scarlett March 8".

Ingredients

  • Soft cheese

    70 g

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Leeks

    50 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Spaghetti

    100 g

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Lettuce

  • Olive oil

  • Cherry tomatoes

    8 piece

Cooking

Boil spaghetti in plenty of salted water with olive oil. Cool. To prepare the shrimp, if needed (to defrost, boil, clean). Mushrooms cut into strips and fry in olive oil (very little oil).

Add leek, cut into strips. Salt and pepper - to taste.

Shrimp, slice, mix with the cooled mushrooms with the onions.

Add spaghetti.

For the sauce - add in cream cheese "brie". I simply broke into pieces. To evaporate until complete dissolution of cheese and thick sauce (a thick mayonnaise. Thick). Brown cheese (and in "brie" kind of crust is present) don't fully dissolve. At first I wanted to remove them, but I decided to leave - I liked it. The sauce cool.

On a plate put lettuce.

To lay out (can't use the word "pour" because the sauce is "laid") sauce on top.

Decorate with cherry tomatoes. BON APPETIT!!!
