Description
A delicious and hearty appetizer of boiled potato dough, soft filling of cream cheese with herbs, mix parboiled and wild rice and salted trout. Try it :)

Cooking
Boil potatoes "in uniform", peel, mash with a fork, RUB through a sieve.
To boil in saucepan, combine water with butter, salt and sugar, remove from heat.
Add the flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Return the saucepan over a low heat, knead until the dough will not depart from the walls and not going into the ball.
Add the potatoes, mix well.

Bake at 200*C for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 180*C and bake for another 10 minutes. ***I have in total turned out almost, already, 40 minutes)***
Meanwhile, boil the rice as indicated on package. Pour the rice with water (150 ml).
Bring to boil, cover and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes, until the rice absorbs all the water.
Cottage cheese mix with green onions.
Add cooked rice at room temperature.
Mix well. Can a little salt and pepper.
Cut into the eclairs, put in each filling and cut into small pieces of trout. ***I put the filling on each of your "Eclair", one of them put the pieces of trout.
