Soup with beans and carbonate
This soup I cooked in a cooking school in the standings, studied there not for long but not because of the fact that the soup was a success :) it cooks fast, is tasty and filling.

Ingredients

  • Pork chops

    200 g

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Tomato sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 handful

Beans pre-soak for the night. the last time when I was getting used soda water on the advice of colleagues, and was satisfied. beans well "has soaked", and quickly prepared. In boiling and salted water is not sent cooked beans

Potato peel and cut into small cubes to match the size of a bean. as soon as the water boils the second time and the beans a little boil - add potatoes

Until the vegetables are cooked cut into small oblong pieces of meat

Fry on a dry pan (and even if it's metal) until Golden Bochkov and aroma, stirring occasionally. it takes a few moments

Lightly fry the carbonate, add the gravy, in my case homemade ketchup. can tomato paste but only to reduce the amount. to taste seasoning. I took herbs of Provence

Once all is cooked - refillable soup, bring to a boil (generic). at the end of cooking - add salt to taste. greens and sour cream when serving at your discretion. Bon appetit!
