Pudding of salted mushrooms
A very unusual dish with an unforgettable taste. A lot of mushrooms annoy me last summer, and soon the new mushrooms will go. And so was born an interesting pudding recipe from pickled mushrooms. You can submit as an independent dish or as a side dish. Well, just very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Bread crumbs

    0.5 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Allspice

Pickled mushrooms drain in a colander, rinse thoroughly with warm water, spread on paper towels and let them drain well.

Bring the milk to boil. Breadcrumbs pour into a bowl and pour the hot milk, stir and allow to cool.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Put whites in refrigerator. Add to the cooled bread crumbs yolks, vegetable oil, flour.

Add the chopped mushrooms, cheese and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass.
