Roast with mushrooms
Went with the dogs into the woods for a walk. Despite the fact that he went out early morning and after 15 hours, the two of us scored 4 buckets of mushrooms. Circle the pickers, cars... the feeling was that the mushrooms grow every minute. Go after each other, and they still don't end... a Lot of things I've made from mushrooms. Of course, this is the recipe I will surprise nobody, but during lent instead of meat I use cooked, frozen mushrooms for main dishes, soups and sauces.
