Another variation of the tater tots. The recipe, of course, not super new, but it is delicious, quick and practical.

Cooking
Potatoes and cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Mix well.
Season with salt, add finely grated garlic and your favorite overlay. Pour the resulting mass with milk so that the potatoes were completely covered with milk.
Pour into well greased form and put bake at 160-170 degrees.
While the dish is baked, make the sauce. Cheese need to RUB on a small grater and mix with mayonnaise.
When the surface of the puddings will be dry (approximately 30 minutes), remove it from the oven and evenly lubricated cheese and mayonnaise mass. Then put to bake until Golden brown. In General, my casserole was ready in the oven for 50 minutes.
