Cake
Hello everybody! Want to start your week with this delicious cake. The recipe I found on the net. Thanks to the author EVA. It's just fabulously delicious. And for chocolate lovers cakes – just Sokoban, truffle madness. Because the structure he has buttery-chocolate, like a real truffle. The cake just melts in your mouth. It want to eat more and more. I was told that it's just chocolate in chocolate. And mind you, the cake is done without a single gram flour!!!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Chocolate milk

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    10 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Glaze

So, first of all melt the butter with the chocolate (I had chocolate drops, if the tile, then it must be broken) over low heat, stirring constantly... or in the microwave (I melt in microwave).

The whisk yolks with sugar (100 g) 5 minutes!!!

Mix beaten egg yolks with chocolate mixture... (see that the chocolate mixture wasn't hot).

After combine the chocolate mass with protein (proteins interfere with the chocolate chunks). Mix GENTLY using the spatula (or spoon) until smooth. The mixer is not used. Otherwise the cake during baking will not rise.

This kind of mixture should get. Form for baking lay baking paper, grease with butter and sprinkle with flour and pour the dough into the form. (shape diameter is 22-23cm!!!)

Bake in a preheated 150-160 degree oven for ONLY 35 minutes!!!.. No more!!!. The dough will "tremble" especially in the middle of the cake, but as it should be, don't panic. If you overdo it, then after the fridge, the cake will be, how shall I say, very tight. In the photo I tried to show that the middle, as if not yet ready. Get the form and leave until cool.
