So my mom makes, and that's a taste of my childhood. So I decided to replicate this dish. It turns out fragrant, delicious, appetizing and, most importantly, festive, and what we sometimes lack in everyday evening.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

  • Salt

Get the pot, put cheese on top and without closing the lid, return to the oven to make the cheese turned into a ruddy crust. That's it, the dish is ready.
