Cooking

step-0
The oven is heated to 170-180 C. cherry (cherries) to take the bones out. If the cherries will be frozen – do not defrost. Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy – about 10 minutes. Add the cheese, mix. Add the eggs one at a time. Sift flour with baking powder, soda, salt, starch – add it to the dough. Beat for 5 minutes. The butter and sugar down to 15 min. with a mixer on medium speed. Add the cheese, knock until smooth. Add eggs, soda, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and mix well. Pour the flour and knead the dough for 5min. The form took silicone in the form of a rose. With the sad experience of being stuck in her cupcake, still well lubricated with oil. Can bake in small cupcake tins. Put the dough in the form laid on top, slightly pressing, berries, and sent it all in to bake.
step-1
It was baked for a long time, about an hour. Checked with a toothpick for readiness. Pie allow to cool in pan for half an hour, then flip and let stand for another half an hour. The top sprinkle with icing or decorate as desired. IMHO – this cake is better the cream does not smudge.
step-2
PS. Can eggs not to add – then the cake will be more dense and lightly sand. I tried it and so and so. You can do not a shifter to put the cherry to the top, only to push harder then necessary.
