Cooking

step-0
To prepare the soup, we really need a few ingredients: beans (brand Mistral, I got white), walnuts, onions, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper and parsley. First I want to say about beans. If you take red, the soup will be more pronounced colors, but my personal experience shows that red beans cooked much longer than white so I got white. (Maybe it's my white beans some not so, but I have brewed quickly even without soaking.) Now I want to note that out of this number of ingredients it turns out one serving. Want more — feel free to multiply.
step-1
Let's start cooking what to cook the beans. First soak it in cold water, then in it, and put on to cook.
step-2
While cooking the beans, cut the onion half rings and fry in vegetable oil until soft and easy color change. Keep the fire small, we don't want pork chops and a roast. While fried onions, chop the nuts (medium-sized).
step-3
And here's the beans are already soft and almost done. Add to it fried onion and chopped nuts, salt, and pepper. Leave to cook until cooked beans.
step-4
All! You can eat. When serving, be sure to sprinkle with parsley. Bon appetit!
