Cooking
I use sun-dried tomatoes 2 types: sweet and slightly sour. My gift brought them from Cyprus. In the absence of easy to use sun-dried tomatoes homemade.
Cut the tomatoes into julienne strips (I have them filled with boiling water for a couple of minutes to make it easier to cut). Peel and finely chop a clove of garlic, greens finely chop.
Mozzarella (domestic use) cut into small dice.
Mix cheese, herbs, garlic, tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
In each chicken breast and make an incision with a sharp knife to make a pocket.
Divide the filling into 2 parts and stuff the Breasts.
Chopping cuts with toothpicks. Lay the breast on the grill slow cooker, cook 20 minutes after boiling. Before serving, drizzle with olive oil.
