Description

Hearty dish of Ukrainian cuisine. Seemingly ordinary thin pancakes with meat, but two points - the ground beef for the filling is taken in raw, they are fried in egg batter. Awesome tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    350 g

  • Garlic

  • Milk

    270 ml

  • Flour

    6 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Sunflower oil

Let's start with the toppings. Meat carefully grind in a blender (or twice in a meat grinder) together with the peeled and washed onions and garlic, as well as egg, salt, pepper.

Put the stuffing in the refrigerator. There it marinated.

Make the batter for pancakes. For this, separate the whites from the yolks.

Proteins, beat in a blender for 3 min.

Added to proteins in milk, egg yolks, flour, salt, sugar, butter and whisk together.

The dough is a little thicker than milk. Pour it into a bowl and also put in the fridge for 1 hour, it is necessary to ensure that the pancakes were soft and tender.

After the end of the hour remove everything from the refrigerator, pre-heated and a bit (!) oiled pan fry on both sides thin pancakes. On 1 PC I took polovraci test. It is important that one side was more roasted (it'll put the stuffing).

I got 12 pancakes. So, take a pancake and fried on the side spread 1 heaped tablespoon of the stuffing in the form of a triangle, which is 1/4 of the pancake.

Wrap edges and forming a triangle. Press the edges slightly with your fingers so that the stuffing does not fall out.

Do the same with the others.

Cook the batter. To do this, beat with a fork in a deep plate 2 eggs with salt.

Benderyky dip in batter and fry in heated pan on both sides on a small fire under the hood (!) until Golden brown. 1 entry-frying 1 tbsp oil.

Check the readiness by cutting Bendery. The meat should not be red.
