Pie
Girls! The recipe that I propose to your attention extremely old, a cake baked by my grandmother Maroussia 40 years ago me, my beloved granddaughter! And to me, her husband, my grandfather Philip, so this recipe more than half a century! Although, maybe too many, as we do with a Turtle Tortilla, were young, and also remember that old recipe! The output is big, the shape 30 X30.

  • Flour

  • Butter

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Assorted berries

Grandma was not a pineapple (she didn't even know of their existence!) and the freezer, she just sliced apples washers, sprinkled them with sugar and when they gave the juice, poured it (into the dough), and the apples were dried in an oven at sanetoki! And then you can add a little citric acid (if any). But the berries were out of the jam (specially brewed for this case the jar!). But one thing is impossible: to put in the baking of berry compote.

Flour, butter or margarine necessarily room temperature (do not melt!), granulated sugar, eggs and soda mix with a mixer. The mixer is spinning with difficulty, but still mixed! It turns out very dense mass, very similar to butter cream. The spoon should stand!
