Description
For the first time decided to cook according to the recipe, the Perfect - all of her on TV is so delicious, she said, "I don't like standing in the kitchen 6 hours and get nothing. My dishes are simple in execution" (reproduced approximately). So, it's not that, it just happened. To prepare this cake took about 3 hours, but here the role played by the lack of space in the kitchen and my little helper who tried to help me with all his strength, in consequence of which I had to wash 3 times more dishes :) the Result, however, exceeded all expectations - my husband ate half of the cake, the second half of the mother were treated to friends all love it. And I always slimming, and has not tried to bite. More than that - not had time to remove the cake in the cut.

The oranges boil for about 30 minutes (photo of one orange, because at first confused, and made only one, had to cook then a second).
Make biscuits: whisk in a blender eggs with sugar and vanilla, add sifted flour, starch and baking powder. Mix everything together until a little thick.
Biscuit dough in a pastry bag, squeeze on a baking sheet lined with parchment and greased with butter (!). First, I squeezed a lot just on the parchment - turned out cookies for those who like to chew on a piece of paper :-D . Of course, all stuck. Next time I squeezed it on a baking sheet, oiled and floured - all spread out and make one big cookie the size of a pan :-D the third time managed to tame the unruly biscuit and all turned out!
Send the dough in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Take out, remove from baking sheet, cool.
Turns to blend the boiled oranges, walnuts and biscuits.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whip the egg yolks with 150 g sugar. Add to the oil.
Whisking, to introduce nuts, oranges and cookies.
Beat the whites with 50 g sugar.
Add to the mixture of yolks and toppings, stir until smooth.
Round form grease with oil, pour half (!) biscuit dough, evenly. I laid the parchment form, but the second cake was baking without it because the edges turn out rough. Put the dough in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Take out, cool. Similarly bake the second crust.
To prepare the cream grate the zest of one lemon.
Blend sour cream with sugar, add zest and lemon juice, stir gently. It's better to do manually since adding lemon sour cream can curdle if you beat it on high speed.
On each cake spread layer of sour cream, garnish with zest or fresh orange. Bon appetit!
