The weekend passed under the slogan: "the Pumpkin in every dish!". Pumpkin I love for a long time, and due to the competition for the Boy loved her even more and I learn more and more interesting recipes with its use. A casserole cooked on Sunday morning and we ate it together with my daughter while daddy was sleeping, and wasn't sure if he'd agree to such amount of pumpkin in the dish.

Cooking
Pumpkin cleaned, cut into pieces, add to the pot and pour the milk. Then boil until soft pumpkin. Also pre-boil the pasta.
Using blender, chop the pumpkin into a puree, add the semolina, oil and spices. Before buying a set of spices for the pumpkin, there were ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg, the last time did not meet such a set, so I added a little bit of all the listed spices. It would be possible at this stage to add sugar, but I forgot. Allow the mass to cool (I took out on the balcony).
When pumpkin puree has cooled, add to it the sugar, egg yolks and least whipped in a solid foam proteins.
Form liberally lubricated with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Spread alternately with pumpkin puree and pasta. I used thick spaghetti with a hole inside (I guess in Italy they once called beautiful, but I don't know). Spread spaghetti, spinning them in a circle. Happened three layers of pumpkin and two pasta layers. Put our sun bake in a hot oven, until the time when after piercing of the match will come out dry. I was baked for over an hour.
We take out our casserole out of the oven and give it a rest in the form. Next, turn from the mold and grease the top with honey or jam and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
Here's razrezik happened. It is advisable to give her a little more to cool off, but to wait was not, and so Breakfast was late, so cut hot. Very tender, flavorful, delicious zapekanka happened. How can you not love pumpkin?!
