Meat
Flavorful, tender meat is sure to please! It is good both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    800 g

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Prunes

    25 piece

Cook the mixture for smearing meat: for this mix mayonnaise, mustard and salt

And stir well.

Pork chop to make a "book" - leaves in the gutter. The thickness of the "leaves" should be at least 1 cm.

Coat pork with mustard-mayonnaise mixture on all sides, and between the "leaves".

Prunes, pitted and laid between my "pages".

Wrap meat in several layers of foil and put into the fridge to marinate for 6-7 hours, and preferably for 2-3 days.

Bake in the oven without removing it from the foil at a temperature of 200*C for about an hour, then open foil and bake until Golden brown.
