Potato-cabbage casserole
Tasty, juicy and affordable.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Bacon

    300 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cabbage and onions chopped, carrots grate on a coarse grater. In skillet, sauté first the onion, then add carrots, sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, a little put out and put the cabbage, add salt, stir and fry until Golden brown.

Eggs lightly beat with a fork, add mayonnaise and mix well. Fill ready, skip it until the side.

Bacon cut into cubes.

Boiled potatoes peel, ONE DEFERRED, and the remainder cut into slices and put in a greased form.
