Cooking
Mix the flour with the baking powder and sugar.
The baking pan is well lubricated with oil. I 30х20см. with high sides. Pour into shape half of the flour mixture. Flatten with a spoon. Pin not necessary!
Spread the cottage cheese.
Spread the cranberries
Pour the remaining flour. Flatten.
Eggs stir in milk.
Pour the milk into the flour.
Melt the butter in the microwave. Pour the butter into the milk.
Now! With a fork stir the entire mixture into the form. Keep trying to milk and the oil has penetrated everywhere. Bake in preheated oven at 170 grams 45 minutes.
