Broccoli baked
Don't even know how to categorize this bludo. Whether salad, or appetizer, but as for me it is a great side dish for meat or fish, especially for those who watch their diet and figure.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    600 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parmesan

    0.5 cup

Inflorescence separate, wash and dry with paper towel.

In a bowl, mix olive oil (any vegetable), salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp of each spice (you can use your favorite spices), garlic squeezed out. Mix well.

Add the broccoli in a bowl with sauce and mix well that all the florets were covered with sauce.

Preheat the oven to 220*C (425*F) degrees. Spread broccoli ONE (!) layer on a baking tray lined with parchment. Bake for 10 minutes. Broccoli will be crunchy if you like a softer, leave them for another 5 minutes and lower the heat.

Remove from oven, transfer into another bowl and sprinkle grated on a fine grater Parmesan. Serve warm.
