Salad
I tried a similar salad at one of the folk restaurant. Before liked the taste and idea. House tried to repeat with some changes (instead of boiled-smoked neck decided to take fried pork). Well, the filling came out not exactly exactly, but very similar. And laughed at the name. But then I realized why it is called. Apparently, the farmer after a hard day separately was too lazy to cook potatoes with meat and salad - and he combined them in one dish! And he was right!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    6 slice

  • Onion

    3 slice

  • Pork

    100 g

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Greens

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

Cooking

In a frying pan of heated vegetable oil, put the potatoes and fry it directly in the skin until cooked on all sides. It takes about 20 minutes. I was roasting under a lid on medium heat. You can coat the potatoes with oil and wrap in foil, bake in the oven. But fried tastes better. For 1 serving 3-4 pieces just in case I threw one spare

With a vegetable peeler or a special knife cut the cheese into slices toovercome

For the filling, mix the mustard, soy sauce "Kikkoman", garlic, vinegar, oil and black pepper. Dressing you pour each layer, or serve it separately in a gravy boat so that each spiced salad to taste. I prefer the second option
