Rolls with chicken and melted cheese
Rolls with chicken and melted cheese can be served as a tea and for the first dishes instead of bread, to take with you on the road or on a picnic. I think family will appreciate these delicious striped straws.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    400 g

  • Cheese

    260 g

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

In warm milk dissolve the yeast, add the sugar, salt, sifted flour (150 g). Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the chicken in a blender.

Grind to a state of minced meat. To shift minced chicken in another container, add the red paprika and soy sauce. Mix well and put into the refrigerator while preparing the dough.

Further to our dough add olive oil and the remaining sifted flour. Knead the dough. Cover with a towel and leave for 40 minutes.

Divide the dough into 2 parts.

Each piece out thinly, about the thickness of 3-4 mm. Cut out rectangles the size of 10x18 cm On one half of the rectangle to make cuts.

To trays covered with baking paper and grease with vegetable oil. Put the rolls on a baking sheet seam side down. Using a food brush to grease the rolls with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake rolls in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, 20 minutes.
