Spicy pie oatmeal with condensed milk
A cake with a fairly dense structure of the dough, a bit crumbly, but the condensed milk in the baking time so well permeates the dough that it turns out tender, and at the same time, remains tight. Complements all the sesame seeds, coconut, nuts, white and dark chocolate. Very fragrant basis due to the spices and lemon. Delicious, try it, is very simple.

  • Oat flakes

  • Coconut shavings

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

For the filling, chopped nuts, dark chocolate cut into pieces. White chocolate to grate on a fine grater, mix it with sesame seeds and coconut flakes.

Oatmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and spices mix. Once done and with regular oatmeal, just a little pre-chopped with a knife, to smaller particles. The difference I felt.

Margarine to grind with sugar and vanilla. Add the egg, mix with a mixer, add lemon juice, zest and lightly beat.

Add dry mixture and with your hands knead the dough will be heavy and very sticky. Put the dough in the form greased with butter, or padded paper, flatten. If you do in a one piece form, then put the parchment so that the ends hung from two sides, then to get them pie.

On the dough evenly pour the condensed milk, flatten it with a spoon.

Condensed milk to pour a layer of mixture of white chocolate, coconut and sesame seeds. Spread over dark chocolate and sprinkle with nuts. Put in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, bake at 180 degrees.
