Cooking
In warm milk dissolve 2 tablespoons of sugar and yeast. Allow to stand for 15 minutes, until the yeast will not foam.
Add the softened butter, cream cheese and vanilla. Stir until a homogeneous mass.
Gradually add the flour and knead the dough. The dough should not be steep, but should not be too sticky. Add the flour should stop when you feel that you will be able to "work" with this test - roll it and shape the bagels.
Let rest the dough (30-45 minutes). Divide the dough into two balls. Roll out each to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut the circle into 8 sectors.
Turn bagels, starting at the base of the triangle. Greased egg, beaten with small amount of water. Sprinkle with brown sugar and black sesame. If you had a chance to rest in Turkey or Egypt, you probably loved their pastries, which often use black sesame seeds as topping.
Put the bagels on two baking trays, allow to stand for 20 minutes and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees. Several times in the oven Squirting water from a spray bottle and bake the bagels for 20-25 minutes. Reddish-brown crust and tantalizing spicy scent of fresh baking will indicate the readiness of the bagels. Remove the bagels from paper hot.
