Cooking

Wash rice and boil in water until tender, not forgetting a little salt. Cool to lukewarm.

To the rice, along with the remaining water after cooking, add milk ( can be room temperature, because the warm boiled rice and when mixed with milk will give the optimum temperature to activate the yeast), add yeast, salt, sugar, mix well.
Gradually introduce the sifted flour, all thoroughly kneaded. I used the blender and the rice was ground, and mixed it into the dough, removing clumps of flour.
Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and place in a warm place. Coming up the dough increases in 2-3 times. Then add the eggs at room temperature, mix gently and again put in a warm place.
When the dough has risen, you can bake pancakes, greasing the pan with vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Fry both sides, accurately finished pancakes with butter, optional sprinkling of sugar, folding the stack.
