Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Flour

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

Finely chop the onions, mushrooms through a cheese grater.

Put oil in a pan. Fry the onions, put the mushrooms, stew under the lid-fry. 10-15 minutes. Stir. After you put the flour again fry all together, lid not to close, to actively stir so that the flour doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan. Yeah, I almost forgot, salt, pepper.

After you pour the boiling water, stir with a whisk. I specifically put a photo (with water).

And at the end pour the milk, another 7-10 minutes. After a little cool (you can just) beat with a blender or in a blender (I have the attachment to the mixer, because I find it easier, not poured into the blender). Our cream is ready. Pour into a bowl, as you can squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle with red pepper. Bon appetit!!!!
