Eggplant with tomatoes and cheese baked
Relatives came from Yaroslavl and prepared this dish. Now for every holiday we have this appetizer. Fast tasty and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Tomato

  • Mayonnaise

    250 g

  • Garlic

  • Cheese

    0.5 kg

The number of products I guess it all depends on the size of the vegetables. Grease the baking sheet with sunflower oil. On it put slices of peeled eggplant. Top slices of tomatoes.

Press out the garlic in the mayonnaise, pepper, salt. Mix all the ingredients and a teaspoon of the sauce on the tomatoes.

On top lay small squares of finely chopped cheese and bake in the oven at 200C for about 20-25 minutes until Golden brown. If the bottom wasn't fried eggplant and place a baking sheet on the bottom shelf from the bottom and fry on high heat.
