Description
In this light and delicate dessert, I combined my favorite raspberry sauce and Bavarian cream. The cream is very suitable for layer cakes, it can also be prepared in small ramekins, arrange on plates and serve with your favorite jam, fruit puree or caramel cream. Cooking
Soak the gelatine by adding a little water. You can do that separately, in different bowls of 15g and 5 g of I in a bowl. Let us put aside for the swelling.

The cream does not curdle, remove the pan periodically for 2-3sec with fire (we don't need the high temperature of the cream). In the early cream is a long time to thicken, to an end very quickly. If you still have curdled the cream, don'T DESPAIR! Take a whisk and gently whisk the cream. Leave the cream aside. Let slightly cool, in the future we will need warm cream
Let us puree. Take 5g of gelatine soaked and slightly 2-3sec hold it over the fire until it is completely dissolved (do NOT OVERHEAT). Mix it with mashed potatoes.
We spread our ground in form, about 20cm (for this quantity of ingredients you need a small form. And put in the fridge to solidify.
Take 15g swollen gelatin, add 3h. L. liquor, hold 2-3sec over the fire (to dissolve gelatin) and add to warm our cream. Let the cream cool down.
230g of cream, beat with a mixer and add a little thickened cream. Add sugar according to your taste.
Get the form with mashed potatoes (it should solidify) and spread cream on top. Treat the earth with a spoon and leave in the fridge for 5-6 hours. It all depends on your gelatin.
Get our form. A knife will go through the walls of the dessert. The form will cover the plate and turn it upside down. Slightly petrecem this design and our dessert from the mold safely fall to the plate. Now you can decorate what you want. Fantasy here a lot. I took the whipped cream with sugar and adorned with a cooking bag. You can decorate the white side, and red. As you more like.
