Cooking
The first thing you need to cook the broth. Boil two liters of water and omit the chicken fillet in boiling water. When water again boils, remove the foam, add salt, reduce the heat and simmer the broth for 30-40 minutes.
Meanwhile in a pan fry the onions, roughly chopped in a small amount of oil, add mushrooms, cut into slices and fry together until it will turn brown.
From the broth to get a chicken, add rice.
Add the mushrooms, onion and spinach, cook the soup for 25-30 minutes.
Chicken fillet dismantle with your hands and add to the soup, give it a little brew. In a bowl pour the soup, sprinkle grated cheese and coriander leaves
