Potato soup with chicken
An interesting combination of potatoes with an Apple, supplemented with chicken specifically for meat eaters who soup without meat is not a food. Soy sauce "Kikkoman" and ginger give the soup spicy notes and make the taste balanced. For a meatless version of the chicken it is possible to exclude or as a replacement perfect celery.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Celery root

    300 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cream

    100 ml

So, boil the potatoes. Cook without salt as per the recipe uses soy sauce already contains salt. The amount can be adjusted when the dish is ready.

In a pan, heat olive (any vegetable) oil and fry finely chopped onion, Apple and celery for 1-2 minutes.

Chicken fillet finely chop and add to the pan. Pour 1-2 tbsp of soy sauce. Fry fillet with vegetables for 1-2 minutes, until meat changes color. Pour a little water, close the lid and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

From ginger root cut a small piece, grate and add to the chicken with vegetables.

When ready, in a blender grind in a homogeneous mass.

By this time the potatoes are already cooked. Drain, but do not empty. Potatoes mash into a puree with tolkushkoy or sieve. Blender use is undesirable as it will not puree and potato "paste". To connect with potato and chicken and vegetable mass.
